Fracking’s Decade of Growth Ends as Schlumberger Exits
Ft Lupton is hiring. They are not closing.
Perhaps Liberty will take over Halliburton's Ft. Lupton facility once it closes.
Young people should avoid this career track. It holds no future.
Should Ft. Lupton close, it will mean some extremely long drives to get from Williston, or Odessa to catch a job in the DJ basin, or in the areas where Vernal, Grand Junction, and Rock Springs USED to work.
BUT, given that there is nothing 'high-tech' about what Halliburton can provide, in these low pressure, low temperature formations, ANY second or third tier pressure pumping, or cementing company CAN supply the same services, since MOST were founded by, and are staffed by EX-Halliburton employees.
Dont see why they would hire any frac hands. Liberty frac has most the work in the DJ.
permian has taken in 3 wireline engineers from ft lupton more to come.
If they’re closing.... Then why are they hiring frac positions? Positions were posted on 8/19 internally
Get ready for the Holloween and badpipers
You've had it too good for too long Arbroath Scotland taking over the reigns. So adios amigos and let the professionals in.
