Vacation time, didnt use a day. They dont pay out vacation time? No, got out of there quickly. Been in telecom 30yrs and never worked for such a horrible company. Its not wonder they are the laughing stock of the telecom world
You don't get sick time when you resign, either. Wow - guess you were not there very long.
They witheld my PTO balance when I resigned.
When you are let go, you NEVER get your sick time (is that what you call PTO?). It has always been that way. That's why we always use it FIRST - before vacation time. Too soon old - and too late smart.....
Well they witheld my PTO balance payout and never said why. I hadnt used a single day before that year.
I'm not sure why people keep this so hidden... you can say you were laid off or a particular department is laying off.. but no specifics. What do you think is going to happen to you by saying that... especially if you are the one laid off? You're not bound by some confidentiality agreement.
Please provide an E# so we have a better idea
All I can see is I know of two people under the SD umbrella. Both very lazy and do little work. About time they got rid of them.
