Uber and lyft are NOT smart business sense! They run your miles up on vehicles and pay very little. Let them go elsewhere!

Its pretty much over. No recovery for Hertz. Any glimmer if hope or fantasy is now being doused by reality. Sad to see Hertz go away but the years of senior management neglect has finally caught up to them. Oh the stories we all have from Estero and Park Ridge!

HLE GM's who are basically glorified AM's have been eliminated. Reducing another layer and having it all fall under the AP GM. The next chopping block planned is TNC. No more Lyft and Uber as both have moved ahead with their own fleet and rental program. Work from Estero is TNC will be done by the end of Q3. At this rate we will be left with major AP only to keep the Hertz name alive. HLE will be the final cut when they end that. Statefarm has goe bye bye and no insurance company wants anythong to do with us.

Rumor has it that about 10-15 were let go over the past 2 weeks. Not sure who and what titles.

No Estero layoffs that I’ve heard. Still not back in the office.

No one is left in Estero that’s probably why.

Not hearing anything about Estero being effected. Are they keeping all those overpaid inexperienced kids in place of experienced GM's? same lame progress that got them to this point.
