What is with this company? It is rudderless and drifting !! There is near zero ability to get work completed because all the doers and thinkers keep getting cut or are leaving. Directors and VPs overseeing groups where they would be lucky to be entry level employees in a real technology company.
Extreme stress to complete projects while having any and all support ripped out from underneath. Zero inspiration or monetary reward to care about struggling with this c-ap situation. The jobs continues to get worse, raises are non-existent for most. Promotions are rigged, rigged, rigged!!! Senior Leadership that is so evil and has absolutely no remorse for the pain they caused.
Apologies to the customers that are tied to this company - you deserve better. Same for the rank and file workers who deserve MUCH better. My lack of remorse for my attitude being less than stellar and my faltering drive to worry about timelines any longer is a direct result of the failures of the leadership of this company. They are NEVER held accountable for these failings and actually seem to be rewarded for it!! They believe their blogging on STREAM motivates and informs yet any longer just insults others intelligence.
Only the continuous deception from management can be expected. But don't forget to go write a positive review on Glassdoor about how much you enjoy working for Windstream to offset the realities of the situation.
In short - it is time to go as change will never come.
