Noble has too many good assets that provide positive cash flow to go bankrupt. If Noble had a difficult time paying the loan, the debt would be restructured. All this bankruptcy discussion is fear mongering by management to close the deal. That's all.
These lawsuits happen with EVERY merger. Means nothing.
Wouldn’t it be a shame if it fell through, leading to bankruptcy, and all the a– kissers had to find a job as well?
