It would be much easier to take the last count and add 4 or 5 deliveries since last count and minus out oh...... 70-80k in sales.
add in about 100k in theft and u will get ur negative number.
Save the Regis money. Oh, wait they wont get paid anyway. Nevermind.

No this time of year is get ready for the Holidays time. Not all stores have inventory now at Sears and just because inventory is being done does not mean that the stores should look this empty.

My store (Last full line in Georgia) was just closed down Aug 21 2020 and we hadnt done inventory since Sept 19 so that's not necessarily true. This time of year is usually inventory time.
How the hell are you having $100K in theft? What is even worth that much now that electronics, auto, and jewelry are gone??

LOL, I worked for them for a year after my time at Sears, but that was 25 years ago. It wasn't that bad on our team, but IMO the company has gone downhill. They were still family owned back then

In my (modest) experience, they perform inventory couple of months before closing the store.
Eddie has to have an accurate count to give to the liquidating team.
