I was thinking about something. How about focusing your energy on leaving WIN? There are so many comments about TT and the LR5 doing the company and employees wrong. Let's face the facts. Promises have been broken and in a earlier hands on everyone was promised a more resilient and stronger company, a Software powerhouse. None of which has happened and most likely won't. You see instead of the broken promise's, now the company has sold out to a private company which has total control. There is a old saying read between the lines. TT and the crew is playing everyone for fools and expecting everyone to keep this boat a float. Why you might ask? For his success and bank account NOT yours. This is why most have not even got a $1 raise in years. We don't matter except to keep the steam engine rolling that has run out of steam. Think about it. You got no increase in pay and he got Millions. Don't set back and support his family and expensive trips to the Alps when you can't afford to take care of your own family.

Finding a new job at the same rate of pay is not easy for everyone. Moving is not an option. Don't assume we're not looking
I did 8 months ago on my own will and the only reason I am looking back is for the many years of friendships I developed. I know what it's like to spend a 28 year career there and scared to leave. Best thing that ever happened to me. You got anything else to say. It's always smart and compassionate to ask questions before you speak and look like a total a$$.
It’s not a jail. Feel free to leave if you don’t like it.
