In the past they did a week for every year employed? anything like that now?

The WARN act doesn't apply as coronavirus is considered an unforeseeable business circumstance.
Unforeseeable business circumstances: When the closing or mass layoff is caused by business circumstances that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time that the 60-day notice would have been required (i.e., a business circumstance caused by some sudden, dramatic, and unexpected action or condition beyond the employer's control, such as unexpected cancellation of a major contract); or
Laid off today. I received 2 months severance plus a weeks pay for each year. (Was there about 2 years). I also received a partial bonus/incentive pay. The company policy states that it does not pay out unused vacation time unless the state requires it, and my state does (Massachusetts), but they didn’t mention it on the call. Anybody know how to get that paid out successfully?
The WARN act of 1988 requires large corps like Dell, in the US, to either provide 2 months notice or 2 months pay as a minimum severance. In past layoffs, they added 1 week for each year of service.
Depends on what country you are in and the employment laws there
They are not going to give you more in your severance package. It has already been calculated prior to them telling you, you are being let go. Take the money and go, they don't have to give you 2 months of pay. Just move on.
Never accept the first packaged outoffer. Always ask for more.

It's 2 weeks + 1 week for every year of service. It may vary by country, but that's US.
What about partial bonus since it is only paid yearly? or remaining vesting of stocks, etc?
A few years ago it was one month for every year, this time it's basically the minimum. 1 week for every year, plus 2 months + holiday owing etc. Depending on the country the tax rate changes. So you arent walking out with much
