She’s so ridiculous. An entire presentation about digital and healthcare going digital first. She’s all fine and dandy with rifs. Yet wfh and not paying rent? Forget it. She is SO out of touch. My god, retire already!!!!!!!!

Media has no idea that Anthem lays off thousands of FTE's by doing in small batches in multiple states. But health insurance is a racket anyway... spend more time fighting for reimbursement as a member or provider than the treatment itself.
Good question - why is the media all over this? Terrible what they are doing to good employees!! Heartbreaking. People need to be asking why their health insurance is so expensive when Anthem is offshoring in MASSES. Well not offshoring, actually setting up an Anthem company in India!
What department do you think/know they will replace? I am in customer service. Does anyone know when?

Digital is the code word for offshoring. I found it amusing that Anthem will use “gig” workers as temps. So Anthem’s 3 staffing models will be Anthem FTE, Legato FTE, and “gig” works.
YEP!!! Going All digital here in the Sates.....No people!!! Only people working to monitor the digital/automation will be in India and Phillipines!
