Probably not. But then again if they did, they probably would dismiss all the criticism here as “trolls” and disgruntled employees. They would never actually realize that many of the comments on here are the truth and temperature of their employees and maybe change themselves. Oh no, never that!!

I know a bunch of local management that do read it lol. Whether it is an entry level manager, or the CEO, I am glad they know just what people think about them and the job they are doing. This company is an absolute dumpster fire. They need to finally look themselves in the mirror and realize they have plenty of room for improvement.
Well if you keep an eye on the job approval rating for the NS CEO, that should give you an idea. Believe it or not, social media sites like this do have an impact on a company. The one thing no company wants is bad publicity. The good thing is that anyone can see these sites, including the board of directors. Its sad to hear that all the railroads are doing this now. Railroading isn't what it use to be.
