Anyone really upset at Oxy here. Please post your reasons. It would be good to get a list going.
Let’s start with they dropped the stock price and eliminated the dividend.

Oxy blows. Working at Oxy is like working for Russian GOP. Stupid decisions, but hey what can you do? They are trying to stay a float. lol

@3mzw, you must not have been here for too long. My dividend checks were larger than my 401K match, so I'm pretty ticked off that they got rid of the dividend. Yes, I realize I should have sold more shares a while ago, but I was invested in my company for the long haul, and I listened to my leaders who claimed the dividend was sacred. While I'm now happy they haven't also cut the match, the loss of dividend income really hurts, and I would have preferred them getting rid of the 401K match.
I’ll tell you one reason I’m NOT angry at Oxy: ExxonMobil got rid of 401k match to save their dividend. Oxy got rid of their divy, but kept the 401K match. Thank you, Oxy. I appreciate that.
I am not angry at Oxy. Was at first, but now I feel lucky to have a job after seeing so many out of work. Some of my friends have been called back into the office, and are having issues schooling their kids online and watching them. I think you will see more schools shutting down soon, and then parents will really have an issue and working from home will become ever more critical. As long as we are able to WFH and Oxy I am as happy as can be. No anger here.
If Buffet wants to realize the true cash value of the qtrly payment he needs to sale the stock as soon as possible so he can realize the true 200 million he would of got if cash. I think that is all he wants to do and not keep the stock.
Oxys rotten performance and total disregard for common stockholders is partially to blame for the stock price drop. Buffet bailing on his investment is a big red flag for all you stupid LOXY people . Stupid VH is the worst CEO in oil patch history

Oxy is not deliverately dropping the stock price and the dividends was probably the smartest move they did in the last 2 years. Do like it? Grow some balls or GTFO
There is a huge list that was regularly posted, but the Oxy people didn't like it and had the website block it. Truth hurts, I guess.
