Our manager, just the messenger, told us that if a "potential student" emails you anything such as their resume, transcipt, etc. then put them in an application status. The definition of a potential student is someone on the phone breathing. This was all to make the numbers look better to the partners. Some of us refused to do this, and we were part of the layoff group. Kevin, if that is how you want POLs to be run, MANIPULATION of the numbers, you WILL fail and you WILL brings POLs down with you. You let the REAL high performing, hard working and loyal employees go. You are a disgrace.
