Those that are cut post assessment: I wonder if it’ll be another scripted call advising of it in mass or will we be told individually.

Does anyone think that we will hear sooner than 6 to 8 wks on the claims/processor side?
From the pattern they are starting to form... the call will probably come at 2 pm central time and a script will be read in mass with a manager huddle to follow and then you will be required to continue the day as normal making sure you service our customers who pay a premium for premium service 😉
I was already given my advance notice on 8/5. Zoom call with CSL, RCL, CFD, and the one other person on my team that was also getting laid off. CFD read a script which confirmed like 3 times that this was not my 60 day notice and that official notice will be communicated in the coming weeks. I'm assuming it'll be the same when we get our notice. CSL, RCL, CFD and anyone else on the team. Like a super awkward huddle.
I haven't been able to get confirmation from anyone, but the general consensus is that my notice will likely be given with everyone else once the assessments come back. So I'm a dead man walking. Knowing that my time is up, waiting for them to put me out of my misery, and still expected to work like nothing's happened... f this place
@zyr+16s7XiNa I can't talk to the claims side, but on the non-claims side I have seen many people been given a layoff notification, in each time after they were told they were told they could go home for the rest of the day.
CSL will be notified then advise you
They will not give you a day off. This company never has operated like that
4pm call. Most likely.
It will be a group call with CSL, RCL, and CFD. Hopefully those who get the 60 day notice will get the rest of the day off. I wouldn’t be able to work knowing I’m losing my job.
Group call with leader's on the call, as well as head of once was CSA.
Surely it would be individually.
