I come on here and read so much negativity. It’s time to step up and take some pride in your company and job. Everyone blames the higher executives but they are not going anywhere so toughen up. Do your job correctly like me and you will be astonished at the outcome. You may even get a raise.

I cant wait to get my surprise in the mail since I had to make sure my mailing address is correct in the hub. Will it be my pink slip? Or will it be a keepsake picture of TT and his new cronies? I wait on pins and needles hoping its worth the wait. If that is true please give me my buyout now, or if not, please give me my pink slip so I can just go. I know this is not a prison, as you have said, it is more like a concentration camp. I know you cant see that far down TT to understand what I am talking about but when Karma gets you then you truly will understand how the "little" people that dont take trips to the Alps truly feel. Stepping Up is in the managements hands....honestly seeing how certain politicians bend over in fear from protestors makes me wonder if different approach, other than begging for fairness, understanding and compassion for those less privilege, would be more effective. I am ready to join the Black professionals ERG, even though I am not the correct race, if we join together to see that management sees the light. Balls in your court management, my anger grows daily. Best to address the nepotism and favoritism soon

Windstream and most corporation run off the fuedal system. Where you have a king, the CEO. You then have high Lord's which are the c-suites and then you have the VP in Windstream's case the SVP which are the landlords who watch over their little thiffsdoms and share in their production by way of their outrageous bonus structure. These Lord's divide up the treasure for to their keys of power. Each of these keys to power share in that profit to keep them towing the line, and in turn; keep the surfs in line.

It's all about who can tell a nice enough narrative, and how you can spin data to show that narrative is working.

You see I did not mention the board of directors, they in this analogy are God, for which the king says he is gains his power from and serves them, however much like God they have been far too slient in the actions of the king and company...

Windstreams problem isn't that some ILEC CSTs are not pulling their weight... And the collective ILEC could pull double time and it wouldn't fix this sh!t show. It's rotten to the core, Windstream is not a telecommunications company it's a financial instrument to exploit the Corp bankruptcy laws of the us to benefit the key stakeholders, that just happens to front as a telecommunications company. This charade has been orchestrated years ago and is now just finishing it's final movement.

I have been with this company for over 20 years and can tell you from personal experience that there is a lot of management that does not care one bit about your skill or contribution if you are not silent about bad technical/financial decisions made by management. What they fail to understand is good people care about what they do and what results are achieved, so of course they have strong opinions, it's the people who just do enough to get by that don't care and therefore stay silent.

Unfortunately theses strong performers are the first to quit or be fired.

Hey mr "Step Up"... there is a reason for whar you don't like to hear and that happens to be the truth.

Yes it's all about the numbers with any company. However, you can accomplish numbers and good will humanity at the same time. You see, when people get taken advantage of, treated like sh– by koolaid drinking management, watch their Health insurance go to sh–, numerous (and I mean numerous) lay-offs, no raises year over year and the Executives caused the company to be bankrupt. Oh, and did I mention them passing out 19 million to each other while they were under chapter 11? Really dude??

Just to clarify, that is why there is sooo much negativity as you see it. You are either a stupid human being or work in management hoping it gets better. Just so you know, the peoole actually running the place are the ones the Executives and middle management has p-ss-d off. Maybe you should ask some of their very large Enterprise accounts. Customers hate Windstream as well. As for me, I'm s—ing every paycheck I can while I build my own company on the side.

Many of us that were let go did a fantastic job. Doesn't matter to mgmt. They are only concerned about numbers, nothing else

Lulz. I was one of the best in my workgroup. I busted my a–. Did work above my pay grade because I was damn good at that too. And could t even get bumped to a BST. Even when being forced to do the work and not get paid for it.

ILEC, SD-WAN & Officesuite spin off with sections of frontier. All the CLEC central offices not supporting SD-WAN or officesuite with be shut down. A profitable company will emerge, just not many employees will be left standing. And whats left will be sold.

You are in for a world of hurt my friend! You are just a number right now and Elliot is now running the show. The divorce papers have been signed and we are just awaiting our court date. The writing is already on the wall that they are going to break up the company. They already tried this with Allworx and failed and have restored to plan B.

No person, team, or product is valued right now. Get ready for some rough times after the closing of bankruptcy in September. Someone else will take the wheel for the fall 2020 bloodbath.

Someone needs a d–g test.

TT cares about our customers Sooooooo much that now they have to fight with offshore folks to even open a ticket.

I just dealt with a customer that was literally down for over 2 weeks before the top CST brain trust sent the ticket to the CO to fix a wiring problem.

I'm sure Tony will take a vacation to the Alps again once this bankruptcy thing is over with, and return to the share his moment of enlightenment with all of us. Until then, SOFTWARE POWERHOUSE!

I can GUARANTEE you are not one of the top CST’s in this Company. Maybe on paper- that makes you a s—hole NOT A GOOD CST! A good CST does their job and takes care of customers without concern of how they look in reports. Those techs would never be on this site claiming to be “the top CST”.
