Did anyone here attend the Lubes senior leaders employee forum today and notice all the kiss a..es post compliments in the chat box. It was laughable to the point of nauseating. They need to record those names and make it easy to start the next NSI list!

Rank and file employees are definitely gonna need some Lube. Company has become a bunch of paper pushing, no value added, do nothing mo–ns with made up fluff titles. Most these folks spend their days on meetings, making PPTs, attending workshops, and surfing the internet the remainder of their time. They contribute absolutely nothing and have no idea how to do or get real work done.
Yep - sounds like something I heard years ago. It doesn’t matter how stupid or banal it is, make a comment, ask a question - at least managers will remember your name when it comes to ranking ! Unfortunately for me? I never listened. Now I’m PIP’d.
It helps in ranking.. tangible.. as I can say.. this individual displays winning behaviour and we call always see him positing and voicing out positive comments. Instant winner!
I'm retired from XOM a few years now - my own choice.
But I do recall - in an EMRE Management Forum - this remarkable Chat entry (as I recall it).

No but that totally sounds like Exxon and it’s terrible... it’s so fake. Why are the majority of people so fake at our beloved company :)? Are they this fake at home also? And why are some leaders so insecure that they thrive on this ..ss kissing stuff ? I guess since they are fake themselves they can’t really notice it’s not genuine at all....
