We have been trying to hire someone who worked in Chicago's flagship store for over a week. Sent her links for training that didn't work. Then she has to complete all the other 2 hrs of bs. We need her now. She knows the business. It shouldn't be this hard. Somebody please advise.

Update your resume. This ship is 3/4 underwater, and leadership is rearranging the chairs on the desk instead of providing real leadership. This is going to get so much worse. The good news, the family dividend is intact and being distributed on time.

It’s a known issue. Translation: Ignore the fact that the a—clowns at the home office didn’t clearly communicate responsibility for hiring with the agency.
