Furloughs

I heard that furloughed employees are being contacted and being told that they are still employed but they most likely won't get any hours. There are no hours to give them. Can anyone confirm this?

I was contacted and was told yes you are coming back. Wouldn't let me say no. It's still my choice though and I'm not positive that I want to return.

Check messages in workday . Little info about health coverage . Sounds like they're going by how business performance is before they call back anyone.

I got contacted by store manager today, asking if I was called back would I come, if no, removed from list of employees, if yes when they called back people I would be on that list. I said yes but I wasn't in a rush to come back as i am an elderly caregiver. She asked when I would be able to come back. No idea, she said how about October? I said sure. She said several times they weren't calling people back, just trying to touch base with people.

Was contacted. No mention of return. Just verifying that I was available for work if needed. Got notice in workday that by august 30 coverage for medical and dental will continue but other electives will not.
