Well the Ivantage wide meeting is next Tuesday at 2pm EST. Waiting for the hammer or assessment to fall.

Why was your experience with ivantage so bad?
Whole lot of people in this department that can go... I've never dealt with so many incompetent people then trying to write commercial policies with Ivantage. Since the San Antonio office closed, no one i speak to seems to have ever worked in the insurance industry in their lives. Total waste of time to even try.
Teams in our area didn't get a meeting on our calendar.

I don't believe that's true. Everyone in the department received the meeting notice and the entire department is not going to be taking the assessment.
If you have the Ivantage meeting then you are getting the assessment.
If you are not in that meeting then your role within Ivantage is safe or your position is being eliminated and your 60 days will be communicated probably by late August/early September.
What is that? I haven’t heard anything.
