Do y’all think we’d get any payout as individual employees if we go bankrupt? Or am I financially better off getting laid off? Thanks for the answers.
Whatever lines Nill Pays pockets with 💰 is what they’ll do, so he can ride off into the the sunset and go ruin another company.
imho its likely but us peons wont know until its obvious. Most struggling o&g companies in TX with a bulk of their payloads in oil are pushing for CH 11, dumping tons of debt and trying again, hoping for the uptick in oil. With an industry thats so cyclical, just gotta hope for the best and wait for the upswing.
