From Reliable sources, SLB has received 3 EEOC charges so far in USA. What is the success rate of these charges? SLB pays lot of money to its lawyers to save its privileged leaders from executing protected activities. Anybody knows about the type of charges?
Part of the EEOC charges involve onsite investigation, interview of leadership and employees etc etc. It also involves significnat penalty from teh regulatory body. In the current political climate, and so many people with visa, layoffs etc , hopefully these investigations hould not spill into bigger discoveries. Historically, no large compnay has escaped the wrath of EEOC. Not even Google, Microsoft or IBM. or ExxonMobile, BP etc.
I think SLB has smartest leaders with lot of money in bank to escape these. Long live blue. Lets kick 500 more people to pay for these legal charges to protect few leaders and their acolytes.
