Profit over safety as always at FMPC. It’s comical to see management pretend to be concerned about safety until some profit is in danger.

I’ve been at this plant a long time and trust me, this post could be about a lot of things. Safety and quality are relative to the day of the month. As the end of the month gets closer, quality is sacrificed and safety short cuts are taken. Everyone knows it but there’s nothing you can do. Don’t EVEN think about a QStop or stopping the job. That’s a one way ticket to the unemployment office.

New safety manager is totally incompetent. Should never have been put in that role.
