Without LPS, SLS and mid management will lose 80% their work

In one affiliate operating company supervisors are required to spend one day a week doing LPS “Touchpoints” by going out in the Field and reading (verbatim) From the back of an LPSA card. Management required them to read word for word because Bennet and his million $ contract, brainwashed the organization to think that if you read word for word, the field people would certainly get the message and never, ever, ever get another paper cut or hangnail! Let the stockholder do that math of wasted dollars. 100 sups x 10 hr x 52 wks x $75 hr = $4M/ yr. That’s for about 600 field employees. Do the math however you want - it’s a lot of waster time and money. Like someone said, if they don’t practice safe work behaviors by now, they should be in the bottom 8%!

Lps is a language. I bet everyone has heard that phrase. It’s a language because people are put in management positions they cannot handle. So they created a language. That’s the only thing they know how to work. How does someone that worked with pumps come in and tell a group of chemical engineers show to do their jobs? They can’t so they made up some bullsh!t to pretend to know what they are doing.

There will be relatively fewer 29+ posting because they are generally older, more experienced and more are retirement eligible. They will quietly ride into the sunset with discount rates at record lows which increases lump sum by tens of thousands of dollars. Many are very happy to jump

Preach. Human nature is not to report something that creates you more work and doesn’t create any real risk reduction. It’s a paperwork house of cards. I’d like to see the data for the revenue loss versus LPS integration for making 90% of the company waste an additional al 20% of their time on it.

They say reporting NLIs are for sharing / learning and not for punishment. But the way it's discussed somehow always implies fault on the person lol. You got hit by a tornado? It's obviously your fault for getting in a way!

Lol. @lvi Keep moving the goalposts to progress "your" narrative.

We are only 8 month into "this" decade? And you are discrediting things that happened "last" decade?

In any case, I stopped working at the site shortly thereafter. @wrb+ comment was it doesn't happen, which previous comment shows example of yes it does.

Lols I wonder how much they pay tableau every year...if the public actually read the near miss submissions lol...it’s funny that people SLS and above never submit any near misses or LPSAs must mean they are perfect

I’ve never heard or read a submission from a CL28+
