This is 30% of what decides our future. This was advertised as a skills assessment, but really the only skills tested here are if you can choose the answer they want to hear, and if you spend your time on the toilet playing games on your phone.
The only thing that was transparent here is that the “assessment” is just another lie, another red herring to make everyone believe that there really is “thoughtful decisions” being made on who stays and who goes.
They must really think that we are all a bunch of id–ts that believe that they care and really want to select the best to stay on. What they want to test is if you stay on, if you’ll stay with 200% of the work that you currently are doing, for the same price.
