Agree. Watching some of these departments go from 4 or 5 great employees to 20 or so employees with various managers, senior managers and directors over the last decade has been hard to watch. And those 4-5 good ones have either left, been RIFed or are still doing the majority of the heavy lifting while dealing with all the corporate nonsense that comes from having multiple layers of bad management(coughsomeones frat buddycough). Anyone with a functioning brain that has been at GAC since at least last Friday can see that deadweight management is the biggest drag on productivity, a k–ler to motivation and worse than just a waste of salary. Yet they are rarely rifed, held responsible or let go. See ya! I hope mindless/highly inaccurate/forged spreadsheets that management creates and feeds all the way up to GD can build a plane because I sure as hell won’t be. Bye Bye.

Stop putting yourselves and your families through Gulfstream’s s#!t pit. Move on and move up with your lives.
All of you need to move on, I did.
LGB and DAL PS furlough. LGB closure later in year due to terminal construction.
- Yeah upper managements is 'balancing the budget', to determine how many 'little guys' they afford to rif, so they can continue absorbing the lion's share of resources.
Other than Vegas?
