Lots of COBC firings end with employees getting reinstated with back pay on the core side.
No dice, the gates only open three times. When you come in, when you do your time, or when you’re dead. Managers are fired all the time. Craft gets Gpon or the drainpipe. Same thing. Maybe a severance if you’re lucky.
All future offers as per contract. An MOA was required for last offer.

It’s easier to just rebadge you to another company and not pay any severance.
They can find adequate COBC violations to supply the needed bodies. They don’t have to over anything.
