I agree there more to this assessment than they are saying! There are looking at pay and benefits! There trying to cut those whom make more and have longer tenure! This is undercut to make seem fair!
They have already decided who will stay. The test is a shame.
@fnq+16joLosf You never know when someone consistently finds line items in say a spreadsheet that may have saved the company a million dollars. There are quiet people who never toot their own horns.
Can anyone explain how out of an office of approx. 90 people, 3 people were told they were”safe”? They’re not managers and aren’t in any kind of leader role
If you are consistently BTE then what are you worried about? That is majority of the weight in the selection process.
This is a reapplication for your job. I've seen this at previous stops.
Nothing political, seemed more if you’re willing to obsess over work and are willing to change jobs every month or so, also if you’re a “leader” or a doormat (I’m not sure which they want, probably doormat that will work 14 hour days for nothing)
Any questions that could possibly be used to determine political affiliation/leaning? If so some states say thats illegal.
