Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Atten: News Media This IS mayhem!

• Insider trading
• Outsourcing jobs to India. Yesterday multiple company conferences regarding 60 day notices and firings, followed up by a huge hiring recruitment in India.
• Employee assessments to prove themselves.
• Announcement of 7,000 layoffs and bought a 4 billion dollar company the next week.
• Making non-exempt employees exempt from overtime.
• Employee uncertainty and lack of communication causing stress and depressive disorders. (My one Manager has veins protruding from his temples, I am concerned about his health)

Thank you to the lay-off.com for providing a place for “Allstaters“ and Esurance “Legacy Employees” a platform to express our concerns

Outsourcing to India might take up a couple of sentences in a business article noting that it'll probably be helpful to forward-looking earnings per share and could factor into a higher buy rating.

Why do you think Allstate upped it's advertising dollars the past 6 months? Media relies on advertising $ to exist. They aren't going to shoot themselves in the foot by running a negative report on a company that gives them money. Welcome to capitalism, not sit down, shut the f— up and enjoy the ride!

All TLSR adjusters and all processors in NJ. All adjusters we’re advised they will receive assessments today. VTA & property were all good.
