The chem side in Baton Rouge has got to be the worst recruiting classes ever !! Most operators don’t know their jobs and most all the FLS are clue less!! They promote based on gender and race , not qualification . Place is pothetic !! Bye bye

How is this hiring by gender and race different than before when all that was hired was white men — oh wait — you're salty because it isn't your group that's benefiting from preference and privilege any longer! Is that it?
