We used to pride ourselves on Mayhem’s slogan of “if you’ve got cut rate insurance....”. Now We’ve become cut rate insurance. How can we be the best on the planet if we are in a mad race to to align with our competition? My in-laws has a claim two weeks ago and it was the worst service you could imagine. The 800 number wouldn’t even take the claim and the were forced to use the website. After the couldn’t get things to work the called me. My father in law worked for intel and Microsoft and is no way computer illiterate. I called express for them only to have two dropped calls. After finally getting the claim established, the QFC assessment missed half the damage and the GHRN shop laughed at us. I guess now work for a cut-rate insurance company. If it’s all about cost, don’t pu–yfoot around and just say it Glenn and Tom! Will Denis H and Mayhem will have to take the assessment and one will get the axe.

Most adjusters know how to write a proper est and know what a car needs even with pics, if we don’t write “best case” and get reinspected we get reamed....so we write BS $800 estimates because it’s what Allstate wants us to do
Not sure why GHRN would laugh at you, all they do is repairs and then bill, they could care less what that preliminary supp is
All the announcements and no information on how all these claims will be handled after the cuts. If I handle 25-35 claims a week how will the absorb these? India? GHRN? Copart? I can’t wait to say I told you so! That is all!!!
