Embarrrased at what this company is doing to the claim employees. There aren't any claims employees who aren't working 10-12 hours a day. If you work from home its 14-16 hour days. The people that are "selected" will actually be punished because of all the additional claims they will be assigned. They are looking at performance - I can see them keeping more tenured people - who will QUIT when they see the amount of more work they will be required to do. That way Allstate doesn't have to pay out the full year severance packages. Embarrassed to say I work here
Yes i was thinking the same thing ... This is so heartless and cold people loss love one to this virus, stress, the list goes one..... This is so cold like more wood in the fire
