Did they talk about the actual number of people they’re letting go?
Assessment will be based on the ADEPT-15 questions (all participants) which measure your personality,as well as motionChallenge (non-exempt through band d) which measures your planning capability. Adaptive reasoning for bands E-H for cognitive ability and high potential.
Has snyone taken the assessment yet? What kind if questions do they ask? Are they multiple choice? I feel like I am back in school again. Di I need my #2 pencil? LOL. Ugh...
Forgive my ignorance, I’m on the life side so I’m very out of the loop here. I know there were 3 phone calls. Is the 7700 number just the people told they have to do assessments? Or the number of people on all the calls combined?
Well I'll certainly be happy to go! Tired of dealing with people that have no sense of maturity or professionalism. Very rude as well. Certainly a breeding ground for piranhas.
