No joke, more job postings/opening just went up in Pune India. This is 100% about getting cheaper labor.
Not quality, customer satisfaction, doing what’s right, the claims compass, ethics, transparency etc etc etc...,
Cut cost on labor which they know will cause many issues but bottom line they saved money. All could be saved with a small CEO pay cut.
You’re wholeheartedly not in good hands. That catch line should be retired.
