We had a 1 PM meeting and we were ELIMINATED. All total loss OTL and non agreed adjusters.

It looks like everyone on the first call has to take the assessment. It will count for 30% of the overall score. 65% comes from our last two PDS grades and 5% from tenure. 3pm call now in progress.
Who was invited? Everyone I know in claims, different roles, different offices. Sounds like everyone from what I can tell.

If you received a notice for the call you have to take the skills assessment. Different timelines, different departments, assessment will come tomorrow. Not taking the assessment can make you ineligible for ENHANCED BENEFITS, so does that mean if you don't take it you will you get the normal/standard severance? I am a stickler for wording, so just want to be clear of my options
Wonder how big the bonuses will be for TW this year after cutting so much “pork”
Everyone on that call is getting the assessment tomorrow and has 5 business days to take it then will here if they are fired or not within 6-8 weeks.
