Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

There’s still a way to go

Dell should keep “Tell Dell” open in a truly anonymous forum (no cookies or other tracking) all of the time so stressed employees don’t resort to asking desperate questions on boards like this one.
MD, BS,JB are great leaders. I don’t believe messages get to them before heavily being filtered. There will be no D&I without much change.

good to know 100 tell dell does not protect you from layoff. Had one manager who spent all her time bribing and babying her subordinates while delivering zero value as a whole and surviving purely on perfect tell dell. guess it depends on the VP and their lazy reactive drones of middle managers.

Getting a 100 on Tell Dell does not protect you from layoffs. Layed off last week, received my "The Speed of Trust" book from the ERG for the book club today. Yep, great timing.

BS is a good leader? He's got us on a s–c-de mission. He's a cold war relic

Why why do employees think it's ok to b–ch about anything in company surveys.. (not specific to dell). Nothing is hidden..
