LDU I have to take the assessment. Still won't know for 1-2 months. Assessment this week. Time to put resumes out there..

I thought LDU wasnt redundant? I know I read that somewhere. I hope they can figure it out for all. Prayers for all impacted employees.
Allstate is heartless with the corona virus and people at home that stress and the use the perfect time to do this with Depression on the Rise During COVID-19 and oh Allstate let's give them this news now we don't care like wow smh .

I was hoping they would say we were getting laid off now I have to take a stupid assessment that I’ll never know the results of and then get laid off. Ugh now I have to work here longer.
oh no. I'm not quitting. if they're laying me off they're paying me severance. and if i get a job early during my severance period? i don't mind taking two salaries.
I’m in field auto, was in the 2pm cst call and have to take assessment, so does my CSL, then see if we are fired in another 6-8 weeks. I understand why they are doing this but I truly hate this company
That’s exactly what they want you to do . Remember they said they anticipate voluntary turnover in other words they’re gonna treat us like garbage so that people quit before they have to lay us off in order to avoid severance pay .
They are intentionally doing it this way so people will get new jobs and then leave for the new jobs so Allstate won’t have to pay severence.
