Was centralized rental impacted? I know theyre under express
Wait a year or two and India will be doing FNOL. Allstate is so shameless. The face of Allstate will be foreign workers . Customers are already complaining about India lowballing them on quick foto estimates and the fact that they can’t understand them when they call about their total losses.

Or they are just telling Express they are safe and in a few weeks you will be told the job went to India.
They're just waiting for COVID to die down enough for call centers in India to open up more and/or for a good Text-To-Speech Phone system to replace. Not a rub against express just the way Allstate wants to cut corners. Forcing customers to use a mobile phone app? Robot hands are not "Good Hands".
Figures, the known, $10/hr GED mo–ns are kept, turnover is so high in your dept they just have to wait a week before 20% leave anyway to go to the m-tha–ne clinic, no RIF needed there!

I'm an adjuster, and as ridiculous as some of your fnols are, you people don't get nearly the credit or money you deserve.

Some of you are horrible. You have no idea how hard our express partners work. They CANNOT handle the issues that you think they are stupid for not doing. They have a process just like the MCO does. Shame on you. I hope you don’t fall off your high horse.

Please don’t tell those of us that have to take an assessment that you are “blessed”. Like karma is getting the rest of us and we have done something wrong. I, too, came from express and I wouldn’t consider myself “blessed” if I was still in that department. Widget counters is all express is.

“your safe” ... as if their command of the English language justifies a salaried position. It’s easy to punch down. Express could handle most claims with a good flowchart.
They’re already cheap labor so I guess not a priority to axe them since they already don’t make much
Express happy your okay! But question can you handle demands, can you handle appraisals, can you handle negotiations with attorneys, can you handle lawsuits, can handle coverage investigations??? I am happy that your office is okay but don’t believe that you do what adjusters handle on a regular basis! The only reason you were not assessed is because of your pay! Do not wish bad karma onto others because it will happen to you!
Of course your safe you only make $14 per hour to do work that doesn’t require a brain.
Funny that the people who can’t handle a single phone call on their own are safe.
