No fear. Fear is not a strategy. The reason this country came to be is because a bunch of people got on a boat and left fear behind.

When Farley said that the strategy does not change, I knew this is a mistake to elect Farley as Ford new CEO. You cannot make improvements by doing the same thing over and over with the same strategy.
Ford needs new leaderships with new innovative ideas, new designers, new engineers, and new energetic workers to get the job done right.
Focus on vehicles design, improve quality, reduce safety recalls, reduce powertrain repairs and failures, reduce warranty cost, reduce unproductive employees, reduce useless leaderships.
Normally you want a CEO that has Emotional Intelligence or basically someone who knows how to motivate people to do what is needed. I think we are better off with Mark Fields at this point.
Farley will be just another Bill stooge. Expect nothing to change for the better. It'll be business as usual and get worse.
Why Ford choses leaders that for last 30 years have lead Ford to Failure? Farley is just the joker face of Bill!

Fear the extra work created by an emotion driven, loud leader who works in an unstructured ways. Lots of talent will be leaving Ford, fear losing good people! Fear the lashings and finger pointing when results are not good!
