Anyone receiving word of an increase for the little people?

DXC Technology Co reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 2, 2020.
In 2020, six executives at DXC Technology Co received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.

  1. Michael Lawrie, Chief Executive Officer, received $14.8M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2019. 71.10% of Lawrie's compensation, or $10.5M, was in stock awards. Lawrie also received $1.9M in bonus, $971.2K in salary, as well as $1.4M in other compensation.

Michael J. Salvino, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $13.3M. 70.19% of the compensation package, or $9.4M, was in stock awards.
Paul N. Saleh, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.4M in 2020, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Mary E. Finch, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $4.2M in 2020.
Vinod Bagal, Executive Vice President, Global Transformation, earned $3M in 2020.
Edward Ho, Executive Vice President, General Manager, Americas, received $2.8M in 2020, which decreases by 21% compared to 2019.
DXC Technology Co's fiscal year ends on March 31.

First pay rise since 2014. A whopping 1.45%.
Given the rate of inflation, even with the rise, my salary is worth 14% less than it was in 2014.
After tax I will see an extra £30 in my pay packet next month.
I feel like telling them to keep the pay rise as it's not worth having and falls way short of making up for the c-ap we have to take on a a daily basis.
But I expect someone will get a huge bonus for treating the staff to such a generous pay rise.

Management = Millions, money, make, more and more, give me some share in millions $

Workers = 0 to 3% if your lucky, be happy, customers saying your doing well, wfr is your profit share.

I'd swap a whole lifetime pay with 1 years of Saleh pay.

I really feel bad for Saleh, 43% reduction and 4.4 Mil while the rest got better than him. Don't think this is fair to treat our CFO like that.
