Everyone who thought they were safe from the "assessment" due date of August 3, it's not true. Delays, delays, delays. Allstate does not give a sh– about anyone. This could not have been planned any worse. id–ts.

Personality assessments do not have right or wrong answers it's your personality that is what matters. The Adept-15 is a personality test that assesses customer interactions and such I don't believe it is a super indept test into your personality.
I am in auto claims liability...east coast.. haven't heard anything but the storm knocked my power out this morning and I had to leave early.
If the adept 15 has 6 workstyles , which one is the company looking for in claims? How am I supposed to answer if I don’t know what they want ?
Areas getting assessments in claims, tech, and home offices have already or will have meetings scheduled this week. On many calendars. Those not having assessments (either completely safe or being eliminated outright) will not meet this week and will hear their fates by the end of August or early September. 60 days notices for claims will be communicated around mid October for mid December final days to make sure staffed through hurricane cat season.
Can someone who got the assessment share questions at least?

Our area was told we will find out tomorrow. Meaning assessments I am sure. Management had a meeting today

I was told by my manager there was going to be an email this week. She is on vacation and she sent it by text.
Claims still hasn't received assessments. Technology was told Aug. 3.

What areas, some areas told the 3rd and now delayed and no word
Assessments are out in many areas. Possibly delayed in others but the assessment process is well underway and the completion deadline has passed for several areas, particularly regional facing souls.
8/3 announced by tech director a week ago
Who came up with the 8/3 date?
Aaand we will ALL continue to work for as long as they drag this out. So let’s just accept it or move on. This is what happens when you don’t take control of your own path. You either work to make someone else more money or you work for yourself. Just grin and bear it!
