Want to understand why Gulfstream operates how it does and why it went from a great place to work to the current cesspool of corporate cronies? I know many are surprised that so much of the dialog on this forum is union debate considering how propagandist have attacked them for decades. Anyone with an open mind and the desire to understand the assault on the middle class in the US, that has now infected Gulfstream, is encouraged to watch the program “Inequality for All” on Netflix. It provides the data necessary to cut through the propaganda in a way that could never be relayed on this forum.

When I leave this he// hole I’m never working for a corporation again. I’ve worked at plenty and they are all the same with the exception that at those with unions, the employees can sleep at night. The system has been massively rigged against the worker and people are finally starting to realize it. You can only screw the little guy for so long before your propaganda becomes useless. The money has always been there but now the lion share goes to the top instead of us. I know your job is to protect the regime and I commend you for being a good little useful Id!ot.

Anyone who watches the program with an open mind will see the true disease infecting Gulfstream. Facts are facts and the reality is that Gulfstream corporate cronies are exploiting us for their own personal greed. Destroying unions destroyed the middle class and has resulted in the money being shifted from those doing the work to those sniffing the @ss.

The preservation of upper crusty management misusing union slush funds oppressing ambitious youth who are forced to work twice as hard without benefits is the whole reason unions exist.
Let me guess, you are the “director” of “innovation?” AKA a completely useless position given most likely to someone, nowhere near deserving, related somehow to the upper crusty management.
