For craft it is all done by contract unless there is a special memorandum of understanding/agreement.
Ssim will take over wire tech duties 8/15/20.
Pretty sure it’s still coming the Union usually makes deals with the company giving away bargaining power just to buy a little more time for its affected members.

The 13th is the day the people that took the offer are off payroll. No official surplus numbers have been declared as of yet.
