Strategic plan announced. All offices that are not the four main offices for claims will be shut down. This will allow reduction in overhead costs.

They've been closing offices since 2001.
So south Florida offices will remain open?
Indiana and Kentucky closed last year as well as Las Vegas. This has been coming.
Pittsburgh MCO closed and went full remote because the building lease is up in the next few months. Facts.
This absolutely true. Pittsburgh MCO was advised last week their office is closed. Spoke with a reliable person on the design team for the closures.
So I was correct in thinking that Bridgewater will be gone?
"The closure before employees will be let into the building is being accomplished by hiring a third party who will go into the offices and pack up anything that is considered not to be property of Allstate..."
Lol, so the company is doing a RIF, yet they are going to hire a third party company to pack up items on behalf of the employee. Just another example of Allsnake saving money, right? FFS.
Some truth as the regional offices that are not part of MTF will be closed, regional offices that are part of MTF will have space for remote employees. The closure before employees will be let into the building is being accomplished by hiring a third party who will go into the offices and pack up anything that is considered not to be property of Allstate, if it says Allstate it will be considered property of Allstate and the third party will be given direction on if it going to be sent back to a designated Zone or disposed of. If there is any personal items that was left by employees after they were told to take what they need it will be boxed up and arrangements made to get it to the employees.
Four Talent Hubs are safe (Chicago, Charlotte, Irving and Chandler). Other locations will remain based on unique business function (Rochelle and Hudson Data Centers, Lincoln and Jacksonville owned campuses, SF footprint). Biggest questions are the 10 Regional Offices that are going away. Major employee commitments, lease obligations, business strategies. Do they become satellite Zone offices for the short term? The four Zones will be totally overwhelmed and will not be able to support their sales goals. This is a really poorly thought out plan. Get out if you can.
Yet no mention of whether or not this is auto or homeowners and what the offices are
Don’t even care if I’m fired, I just want an answer after waiting for months now....
I too have heard this rumored for a few weeks now around my circles but have yet to see any confirmation announced.
This place is lol, these rumors double lol
What is your source?
Not true.
