This has to be the only career where a medical professional w/ doctorate credentials would put up with this abuse. 5 pharmacy calls, covid testing, flu shots, MD voicemail, MD calls, lane 1, lane 2, drop off, pick up, production, consultation, batch drop in QT, cycle counts, outdates, hire and schedule, and if you forgot, the most important aspect that no-one gives a f*ck about anymore, verifying 300 rx in 8 hours with accuracy. All with NO BREAK OR STOPPAGE...Are we really just going to accept that a good pay check is worth this? Or will we ever ask for reasonable working conditions?

Don't show up at work
In my opinion this comment mentioned before sums it all up
“ Because for every person who wants better conditions there is always one yes man or yes woman”
Working conditions will never change. Field managers love their cushy jobs and will just mandate for unrealistic working conditions. And when you say no, you will be out and the next yes man or yes woman comes in and takes over. The cycle will continue.
Good luck :)
Like a hamster on his wheel running faster and faster and getting nowhere the more scripts you fill the more they want and you never make your inflated laughable budget store level is always missing budgets and needs to turn it up a notch but mysteriously CEO and Regionals make there numbers and take $$$ it to the bank. Wall Street is getting wise to the suits in this company taking it to the bank while stock price flounders time for Barry Chardonnay to pull the rip cord on his golden parachute and turn the reins over to someone new
Because for every person who wants better conditions there is always one yes man or yes woman
Anyone who actually tries anymore is just part of the problem
