I am a wife of a former Esurance employee. My husband was a valued member of the Esurance team. He produced great results for his Management team and Morale was high for more than a decade. Everyone on their team made great bonuses because they were treated great! First thing Allstate did was make Esurance employees Exempt so you do not have to pay overtime. (Not sure that’s legal. Another Insurance Company had to pay out the overtime due to a Class Action lawsuit) Allstate has destroyed morale and has broken my Husband. He doesn’t want to work for a company that doesn’t value their business partners. I was a Corporate Manager for more than twenty years. I have never experienced such recklessness in a Corporate business EVER! Your Management team is destroying your company versus trying to be competitive. Growth starts from the employees up! Take this week to brainstorm about how to heal Allstate and rebuild your business. If you continue on this current path, your most valued and talented staff will be working for your competitors, building their business.

Management is trying to sabotage transparent comments. Do the right thing Allstate! Stop playing with “valued” employees lives.
As a field auto adjuster, I’ve already told an insured this morning to switch companies to a better insurance company. I just got off the phone with a body shop which I just cussed out the manager! I’ve had a successful day building the Allstate brand and it’s not even lunchtime.
