Yes they're still doing it. They've become the nation's worst employer, they've had the most derailments of any class 1 RR, they've successfully crushed all morale, and have the most inexperienced, youngest, college educated, brain dead management team of any place I know.
The truth is yes. Their version of PSR is still very much alive. The fact that it hasn't been talked about much is that it's not a very popular topic anymore. Ever wonder why you don't hear about the NS version or BN's version much? Anyone with any affiliation or experience with PSR knew how this was going to go. It hurt to see so many good people lose their jobs. I knew the moment when the CP started doing it, that it was just a matter of time for the UP. When certain executives started leaving, I knew it had already begun. I still can't get over the fact that the CEO lied to his employees about PSR. Stay safe out there, and good luck to you all
Yes, we are still doing that. It has been a wonderful success. Beautiful, beyond what was expected.. If it continues at this rate we will be ecstatic.
