The only people who will stay are the low performers since they can’t get another job. That will make them a great fit for National General.

Will encompass tsc’s have to take the assessment this year too or they safe until Nat Gen finalizes?
Glad I left when I did. AIA appears to be last in the move since they sell Allstate. Would think once they know how many regions and leaders they will need then everyone will be applying for limited field jobs. My friends are telling me they think most of the reps will become virtual to help save $ for Allstate.
I don’t know the answer to your question. I doubt anybody outside of the ivory tower knows the answer. What I will say is there is certainly redundancy on the independent agency side...a lot of redundancy. There are independent agents that can write new business for Allstate, Encompass, and National General. So that could mean in today’s world, 3 different Territory Sales Consultants (TSC) could all 3 visit/support the same independent agent. One TSC from Allstate, one TSC from Encompass, and one TSC from National General all 3 supporting the same independent agent. Now that is redundant. Grouping all of the Allstate AND Encompass TSCs together with the National General sales team, and then select the new National General sales leader team would sort of make sense. I say the new National General sales leader team because Encompass and Allstate IAs are supposed to be absorbed into National General. But right now, what’s happening with Allstate, nothing makes sense.
Are you talking about the TSC's from Encompass and AIA and/or Allstate?
@ @OP+16dN4eNb Can you please clarify your question?
