He seems like a down to earth guy from
what I have heard about him.

What would be really funny is present your evidence and loss facts, get everyone's opinion while disclosing who the insd/clmt was and then at the end, go oops, I reversed the insd/clmt.
I remember an Allstate motto on paying claims, pay what's fair, not a dollar more, not a dollar less. Making the same decision in a liability file shouldn't matter who your insured is, the decision should be the same either way.

If he can save $10 by shipping your job to India or getting another department within Allstate to do your work he will throw you out in a heartbeat . That’s business for you . There’s no friends here . Like they’ve said multiple times ..their loyalty is to the stock hand the almighty dollar . If they can figure out away to have machines and computers write estimates ,sell policies and settle injury claims and resolve liability without one employee they will ! Millennials want everything convenient and on their phones from filing a claim to sending pictures of car damage to adding a policy or getting a quote . Fewer of us are needed as we look towards the future sadly .

Never trust anything or anyone simply because they appear to be "nice". Actions, not words, not smiles. Actions are important. Glenn is high up the chain and he's in charge of driving business results. Employees don't matter. Numbers do. Take charge of your own lives. The company does not have your back no matter what he or anyone else says. It's about the stockholders and execs. As long as you understand that and act accordingly in your own interests, you'll do well no matter where you work including Allstate.

That’s out of the Allstate playbook from the top down. Question or push back (even with factual data) then it turns personal, this tactic is called gaslighting and has been perfected by many “leaders”.

Every conversation I have had with him personally was not what one would expect. If there is any push back on what he believes is the correct answer he gets snippy and questions your motivation.

I haven't met him and have absolutely zero interest to considering what I have heard in the past and seeing how he is handling the current situation. I personally have zero respect or motivation to give him the time of day.

Yes have met him, he’s a politician like every other Manager, Sr. Manager, Director etc. in this organization. Without the ability to come across as believable while giving a false narrative you DO NOT move up the ranks at Allstate. They keep each other’s dirty secrets and are thick as thieves to accomplish their agenda. Remember a smiling liar is still a liar. The only person that has your best interests professionally is YOU.
