Apparently there is an opening at the woodland hills, ca aetna facility related to the business consultation field. I would avoid this place. They will be apparently downsizing here. I worked at this place in an administrative capacity. Very outdated ideas and the workers only think about themselves. They help friends out if they know them here. They will not help you out if you are not a friend. They also have plenty of time to eat where they do the work and gossip but don't like to help out. They take time setting up before even starting rather than preparing quickly for the day ahead. Apparently some downsizing going on since they transferred a few blocks away to this new facility they are in. I also heard they are going through a transition. Just because they made plans to hire or whatever, doesn't mean that could well change soon. Just an awful experience at this place. I'm not sure why anthem is sharing this facility which makes it uncomfortable here. I worked here a lot of years and decided to leave. It just became worse each day.

I was there for so many years and I agree with everything stated here.
I keep up with what is going on with those still there.

I'm not sure if there will be layoffs here but they were going through hard times.
Just based on this I would assume they wouldn't have a problem if it closed completely.

aetna woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
