Bar for Amazon is pretty high. Pretty hard for Qualcomm engineers to raise that bar.
Anyone internally (perhaps a director or executive) that can confirm this for those looking for a job at Qualcomm? Especially would help to know for those unemployed (from other companies outside of QC) during this period of covid-19.

Amazon is hiring like crazy but passing the interview is though if you have been in Q for decades and not used to interviewing. Lots of opportunity in lab126 in bay area and Seattle if open to moving from SAN, I am so glad I GFO a few years ago and I am not worrying about when the next round is and how much and so on. Yeah, they make you work for the $.
