Feelings are contractors are being treated much better than employees,I do not see anything changing other than manager moves as things shut down and people leave. Restructure,restructure,restructure.30
There is a lot of information if you look at what they don't or won't say about anything Network related, every question concerning Network or Employees is rubber stamp non information needs of the Business and Shareholder value etc. They will talk about the Lumen aspect all day as far as the 4th Industrial Revolution and how it is going to boost Humans using the platform.
Really it is a IT solutions pitch, what Level 3 wanted to do till they almost bankrupted and continued to finance after the merger with Centurylink Capital.
They want no Maintenance and outsourced contractors to implement and remotely run all their systems and collect money. Look at the Separation, they kept the Buildings to sell for the Real Estate value and to add to the support for the Network sale eventually.
I suspect anything Construction will be the first target, then I&M once they get their footing, all this stuff they are going to do will be done as much as possible by December, they can right off this stuff and go into next year with a New balance sheet.
